Getting started
From your first call to your child's first session, in four steps.
The four steps
Tell us about your child
Call (206) 796-4797 or send a short email with your name and phone number. We reply within one business day.
We check your coverage
We confirm your insurance benefits and explain what to expect before anything starts.
A BCBA meets your child
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst learns your child's strengths and needs, then builds a plan with you.
Therapy starts at home
One-on-one sessions at home and in the community, with coaching for you along the way.
What to have ready
None of this is required for the first call. It helps us move quickly once you decide to go ahead.
- Your child's insurance card, including Apple Health (ProviderOne) details if they have them
- Any diagnostic report or evaluation your child has had
- A rough picture of your week: when your child is home and when sessions could happen
- The names of other providers or school staff you would like us to coordinate with
Please share records after we have spoken, by the method our team gives you, rather than by email or text.
Coverage
Evergreen Pathways is listed in the Washington Health Care Authority's Apple Health fee-for-service ABA provider directory for King, Pierce, Snohomish, Thurston and Kitsap counties, ages 2 to 22, home setting.
Enrolled in an Apple Health managed-care plan or a commercial plan? Networks differ by plan. Call us and we will check your benefits and explain any authorization steps before services begin.
